Pull night

Yes so happy with that 90% effort, so new 1rm stands at 176kg on bent over row, to you Americans that’s 390lbs, tbar rowed 100kg for 10,10,10 that’s good a lot of room for growth before my end of year targets :) lat pull down and cable seated are increasing in increments weekly, chuffed is how I am!!

Already looking forward to 90% pull day tomorrow, bent over row is my go toooo on terms of being confident in a lift, I have recently starting breaking through the wall on my bench and deadlift, squats have struggled this macro but I’ll make it 3/4 on increase with a huge set tomorrow on BOR!! I claimed I’ll do it!! And I bloody will!!

Back to work from Monday will mean changing my lifting routine, I won’t be midday adhoccing, so I am aiming to hit up 3x a week pre work for spinning, abs and general maintenance work :) then I am aiming the three solid GST days on Monday Wednesday and Friday!! 

It’s all good, going to organised my supplementation, with my smart shaker and myprotein towers, got my phd flapjacks in the Carboot aswell. Preparation is key!! :) it’ll come through in the run up to Christmas!! 4months of hard work!!
